The Trustees met in July 2013, and were able to agree a package of grants valued at £8,500 to a variety of projects in the Lothians area. This follows the grant decisions made in April where some £3,500 was voted to four projects. The recent decisions will support 10 projects operating to support young people in need in different settings. Four awards are for play and parent support work with disadvantaged children, three assist projects dealing with disability and long term illness, two are for young people at risk, and one supports employment placement.

The Trustees rejected four other applications which were either not related to priorities, or provided incomplete information.
